The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Malcolm Ball as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Malcolm has been involved in the hospitality, leisure and retail industries for over 20 years. He has held a number of board positions, most recently as the Chief Executive of Wineworld London Plc, trading as Vinopolis. During his four years at Vinopolis the business grew from a year on year loss position of approaching £1m to a £1.1m net profit position for the year ending 31 July 2007.

Lord Lee of Trafford, Chairman, commented: " We are delighted Malcolm is joining us and we hope that he will develop and drive forward the expansion of our business by both organic growth and acquisition to ensure the company's position as the leading owner and operator of markets in the UK is maintained and enhanced".
