Wellington Market Company plc announces that on 09 October 2008, Mr Michael Chadwick, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.50 each at £ 0.70 per share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Chadwick is interested in 1,041,270 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 17.4% of total voting rights of which 10,000 is beneficial and 1,031,270 is non-beneficial.
